Refund Policy

Sori sells a digital product, a personalized Korean Saju reading delivered through a private link shortly after purchase. We want you to buy with confidence, so we offer a two-part guarantee.

1. Accuracy guarantee

Your reading is calculated from the birth details you provide. If we have calculated your chart incorrectly from correct birth information you gave us, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will correct your reading or issue a full refund. Please note that inaccurate birth details you enter will produce an inaccurate reading, which is not a calculation error on our side, though we are still happy to help you correct your inputs.

2. Try before you buy, then final sale

Every reading lets you see your actual calculated chart and read your whole first chapter for free before you pay anything, so you can judge the depth and voice for yourself. Because the full reading unlocks instantly and is delivered as content you can read and download right away, all sales are final once the full reading is unlocked, except for the accuracy guarantee above and where required by law. We are not able to offer change-of-mind refunds on an unlocked reading, since the product has already been delivered in full.

How to request a refund

Email sori.saju14@gmail.com with the email address used at purchase and a short note on the accuracy issue. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal, our payment processor, and typically return to your original payment method within a few business days.

Limits

Outside the accuracy guarantee, unlocked readings are non-refundable. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund activity or requesting a refund after downloading or copying the full reading. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
